Main responsibility of reserve area
（1）to implement the environmental protection laws and regulations of our country, to study out the global programming and management policies of reserve area, to strictly investigate and punish violation of relative laws which damage Chinese white dolphins or their habitat, to centralized management of the reserve area;
（2）to investigate and set up archives of natural resource, organize environmental monitoring, and protect the natural environment and resources in reserve;
（3）to organize and assist research works conducted by related institutes;
